Food For Free collects personally identifiable information (which may include name, email address, mailing address, and phone number) when you register to join our email list, make a donation or purchase online or offline, attend an event, volunteer or complete a volunteer form, or otherwise participate in one of our programs or events.

Use of Information

Food For Free uses the personally identifiable information we collect about you to process donations and purchases at your request, and to send you various email and print communications in furtherance of our fundraising and programmatic objectives. We typically send several communications each month.

Sharing of Information

Food For Free is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. Food For Free will not sell, trade or rent names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses of our donors, clients, employees or volunteers.

Food For Free uses a third-party credit card processor and a third-party email management system. We share personal information with these businesses only to the extent required to facilitate these transactions and communications.

Food For Free publishes the names of our donors in our annual report, which is mailed to donors and is available on our website. Donors may request to be omitted from this publication by contacting our development office as described below.

Updating Your Personal Information and Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from Food For Free emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email and following the instructions provided at that link.
