You will visit selected wholesalers and have the opportunity to purchase fresh produce as you watch an incredible volume of goods move through the market. For you early birds, David and John will take you at 5:00 a.m. the peak time at the market—or you can visit later in the morning. David and John will find a mutually agreeable time to accompany you. The visit will take approximately two hours.
